Role: Core SD/OTC Functional

Location-Hybrid -Plano, TX- Onsite from Day 1

Responsibilities

Configure and support the full Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) cycle:

Sales order management (Inquiry → Quotation → Order)
Delivery processing & shipping
Billing & invoicing (FI integration)
Pricing, taxes, surcharges, discounts
ATP checks & delivery scheduling
Credit management (ECC classic or FSCM)

Perform setup of:

Sales document types, item categories, and schedule lines
Copy controls, partner determination, text procedures
Output determination (SAPScript/SmartForms/Adobe based)
Master data: customer master, customer-material info records, condition master

Implementation Responsibilities

Participate in one or more end-to-end SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations:

Requirements gathering and Fit‑Gap / Fit‑to‑Standard workshops
To‑Be process design and blueprint documentation
Configuration in SAP SD and cross‑module dependencies
Functional Specifications for WRICEF objects
Integration testing (SIT), UAT support, and defect resolution
Cutover planning, master data validation, and go‑live support

Work closely with:

Technical teams (ABAP)
Logistics teams (MM/PP)
Finance team (FI-AR)

AMS (Support) Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support across all SD/OTC processes.
Resolve:

High/medium‑priority incidents
Service requests (SRs)
Problem tickets (RCA)
Change requests (CRs)

Improve ticket KPIs:

SLA‑based closures
Low reopen rate
Backlog reduction

Prepare SOPs, KT documents, FAQs, and reusable test cases.

Cross‑Functional / Integration Responsibilities

Integrate SD with:

FI for billing → accounting postings
MM for third‑party and intercompany processes
PP for MTO (Make‑to‑Order) scenarios
WM/EWM for picking, putaway, stock availability

Support IDoc/ALE, EDI, and interface troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Security team for roles/authorization issues.
