Clearance Requirement:
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
Citizenship Requirement:
• US Citizen only (No dual citizenship)
Job Summary
We have an immediate and priority requirement for an XBRL Solutions Developer supporting a client project. This is a niche role requiring hands-on XBRL expertise, so we are looking for candidates with strong technical experience who can quickly contribute to improving and stabilizing an existing system.
The ideal candidate should be technically strong, adaptable, and comfortable working in a sensitive stakeholder environment, adding value quickly while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Required Experience
• Direct XBRL taxonomy design and development (XBRL 2.1)
• Experience creating instance documents and validation rules
• Strong XML, XSD, JSON, and API integration skills
• Experience with tools such as Arelle
• Background supporting regulatory or financial reporting environments
• Agile development experience
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop XBRL solutions including taxonomy development and validation frameworks
• Contribute to the design and implementation of user interfaces for XBRL tagging, mapping, validation, and report preview features
• Ensure accessible and intuitive UI experience for non-technical stakeholders
• Support and stabilize existing systems while collaborating with technical and business teams
Additional Skills
• Experience developing dynamic and responsive frontend components integrated with backend XBRL processing
• Strong full-stack development capabilities
