    Public Sector (State / Federal / Local Govt.) Client Experience profiles preferred

Role Overview:
Under the direction of the WIC Technology Administration Director, the Lead BA will manage and execute business analysis efforts supporting the WIC MIS (MOSAIC) system. The role involves requirements gathering, gap analysis, system documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage WIC MIS requirements documentation project plan
Perform gap analysis against federal, state, and program requirements
Translate current MIS functionality into structured system requirements
Lead and guide team members in business analysis activities
Track milestones, risks, and escalate issues as needed
Obtain stakeholder sign-off on requirements and priorities

Required Skills (10+ Years):

• Business Analysis & Requirements Documentation
• Knowledge of Project Management Framework
• Experience with large-scale IT operations
• Strong functional specification development
• Regulatory & system documentation accuracy
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

Preferred:

• Government/regulatory compliance experience (5+ Years)
• Project management & team leadership experience
• Experience translating policies into system requirements
• PMI-PBA / IIBA CBAP certification
