Job Description:

This position will perform advanced, senior-level business analysis work. The business analyst serves as the conduit between the program/customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. The BA will be involved throughout the entire software development life cycle. Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, the focus shifts toward managing the requirements specification and verifying the fulfillment of all requirements, including enhancements post-implementation.

🔴 Mandatory Requirements

✅ 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
✅ Education domain/client experience is MUST (  TEA, federal/state/local education agency, or education vendor)

✅ Modern Requirements
✅ Atlassian Jira – 5+ years
✅ CRM Project Support
✅ Strong SDLC experience
✅ Requirements elicitation & documentation
✅ User Stories & Use Cases
✅ Business Process Re-engineering
✅ Mockups / Wireframes
✅ Strong stakeholder communication & facilitation skills

📌  Highly Preferred
• Texas Education Agency (TEA) experience
• Texas State education client experience
• 3+ years CRM domain expertise – workflows, data models & user needs
• Federal, state, or local government agency experience
• Texas charter school application, authorization, or renewal experience
• CBAP / PMI-PBA / Certified Scrum Master or similar certification
