ServiceNow Lead / Senior Consultant (CMA Certified)
Remote position:
Need Certification: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA)
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs and workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, admins, and junior consultants.
• Support ServiceNow module implementations such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, and CSM.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.
• Manage system configurations, upgrades, testing, and performance optimization.
• Participate in solution reviews, architecture discussions, and roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Azure, AWS).
• Document technical solutions, configurations, and platform design for knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications
• 6–10 years of total IT experience with at least 4+ years in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Experience in leading ServiceNow projects or modules as a Technical Lead, Senior Consultant, or Platform Owner.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, CMDB, and ServiceNow data model.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript) and integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven experience implementing and managing ITSM and at least one other major ServiceNow module (ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, etc.).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
