Note: 

 1)This role requires onsite presence 4–5 days per week

 2) Candidates must reside in the Austin area and be authorized to work in the U.S

Total Experience: 13+ years

Important Submission Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside in Austin, TX / nearby areas
• Local Austin candidates preferred
• No out-of-state candidates planning to relocate
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Active Texas Driver’s License required
• Active LinkedIn ID required
• State/Federal client experience is mandatory

Required Skills – 7+ Years

• M365 Tenant Administration in a large organization
• Microsoft 365 – Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, Viva & Loop
• Power Automate & Power Apps
• Entra ID / Azure AD & Active Directory
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• M365 Security, Governance & Compliance
• Experience implementing governance/compliance policies in a public-sector or regulated environment
• Troubleshooting M365 connectivity, performance, and complex technical issues
• ServiceNow / ITIL knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Technical documentation and user training
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and issue resolution across M365 services
• Serve as an escalation point for complex issues unresolved by the Service Desk
• Analyze M365 usage, performance, and audit reports
• Manage M365 security policies and compliance requirements
• Maintain M365 configurations, policies, procedures, and technical documentation
• Participate in M365-related IT projects
• Work with business teams to gather requirements and implement productivity solutions
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell
• Support proactive monitoring and high availability of M365 services

Preferred Skills

• SAM tools such as Snow, Flexera, or ServiceNow
• Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing models
• Compliance frameworks and audit processes
