Subject: [Oceanus Greendale Phase II]Registration & Kitchen plan.
Hi Folks,
Registration:
Karnataka Budget session will start on July 12, the main announcement which will effect us, is the increase in stamp duty and guidance value.(i.e our cost of registration may go up in the range of 40%- 50% from the current levels)
Any such announcement/proposal requires cabinate approval which normally takes couple of months. But state governments expenditure for the year is very high, so that they will try to pass the Bill on a priority basis.
Please share if any one has different opinion/input on this subject.
My friends in Magnolia, Tulip, Lotus and Hibiscus have to make sure registration takes place on a priority to save the extra cost.
Instead of waiting for meeting to happen with Oceanus Mgmt, I feel we should have a con-call with-in ourselves to discuss the burning issues and send the communication to them.
Most of us have the con-call facility, others can be connected.
Kitchen & Utility:
Most of us are having the open kitchen and a closed utility room, and I noticed most of the dinning area is very close to the wash basin in the kitchen, which I am not very comfortable So I decided to keep one sink with granite platform in the utility room, which I will be using for cleaning the utensils and keeping the dustbin etc.
I going ahead with a basic Modular Kitchen and providing a small sink in the kitchen for general washing of fruits, vegetables etc.
I thought of putting bamboos blinds in common balcony and utility area, But the life is short and the bamboo blinds are heavy, so I decided to go with fibre/plastic ones which are not heavy, but looks like Bamboo.Regards,Albert Paul CFPCMTulip 902M- 9741497009If you would like to unsubscribe and stop receiving emails from CommonFloor, click here![]()
