Hi,

For those Blocks that are currently under extended builder Maintenance what is the Maint Rate / sq ft. being charged. IS it the same as the rate/sq ft charged by builder in Annual Lumpsum along with the Registration.

Anyone can update on Service Tax applicability on Maint Charges as Ph-II association is going to get registered soon.
