Update on Tax Paid status & Betterment charges

Hi,

Some time back, there was talk about builder's letter on payment of betterment charges by the owners. What's the update on that?

Also, the builder has given tax paid receipt for pan unto 2013-14. So do we have to pay tax for 2014-15 on individual basis (even if possession is in March)... If so can it be paid after 31Mar 2015...

Update: As per latest guideline value revision, the reg & stamp duty are calculated on Sq mt basis
