Dear All Oceanus GDP2 Owners,

FYI

Meeting with builder on 15th February 2014.

 

Please start collecting the points to be discussed in the meeting.

Once we get enough points then we will consolidate it and send it as a formal meeting agenda.

Please be present physically for the meeting so that we will get answer to our all queries.

Looking forward maximum number of Owens presence so that we can take some of the important decision on that day. ( do we need only one association or we need two separate ...etc)

Hope you are doing good.

Final many of us moved to new flat and we are living happily.

 

It’s been long time we (Oceanus Greendale Phase 2 owners) didn’t heard any communication from Oceanus for following points,

1.       Regarding the schedule (it’s now may be reschedule) of handover of Rose and Viola

2.       From when will maintenance of the other four blocks will start?

3.       When other facilities will be available, Car parking etc…

4.       How about the association (will it be one common or different)?

There  few such questions bothering us and we would like to hear from you at the earliest.

If this weekend will be possible then we are very glad to meet, we will send the formal agenda if required.
