P Muralidhar Kini 1:47pm Jun 18 Has anybody seen Magnolia 103. In this house the Kitchen and Utility area has been combined together i.e. utility area comes inside the kitchen and wall between kitchen and utility is reduced, after utility there is a wall with window.
I was told that, changes like this are not allowed. Can we do this or not?

We had planned to get safety grills installed on all the balconies (including the Kitchen utility area) and put up water proof bamboo blinds on all of them.

remove kitchen - utility area wall partially so that we can keep sink &
water purifier outside.
Thanks
