OGD Completion & Hand Over update

Dear All,

Do anyone have update on the following:

1. Completion & Hand over schedule for Rose block

2. 1% TDS on Registration Charges/Stamp Duty??

3. The height of back side wall won't be increased and instead high trees may be planed as per site in charge

4. The status of the case w.r.t the land on the backside where illegal cremations are taking place.

5. SBI rules for Registration @guideline value / Agreement value
