Hi,

Central govt budget announcement :- 1% TDS on property transaction above 50 lakhs has been notified .e.f 1st july 2013.

Anyone has idea on this....

She told that they are okay to meet us on last week of this month and she will confirm the date later.

I think we should stress for the meeting and meet with the builder.

Importantly they confirmed us to deliver the apartment by 1st Aug which is not achievable as of now.
