Folks,

Considering the discussion about how many Oceansiders are involved in, or informed of, the Oceanside Neighborhood Association, I just counted the e-mail list.  There are 199 individual Oceansiders who receive the announcements, agendas, minutes, etc., every month.

I read over the survey comments involving how to improve the ONA.  In the next week or so, I will send postcards to everyone on the survey list (which is virtually everyone connected to Oceanside), asking them to send me their e-mail addresses, informing them of the ONA web, asking them to send me their physical address if they don't have e-mail and can't access the internet through their local library or elsewhere.  With that, I'll fatten up the e-mail list, and I'll have a list of physical mailing addresses for those who can't access the internet.

        Regards,

                 Jud

PS:  Kris, would you send me Jim Funk's physical address?  He's one of those on Highland who are in the Netarts water district.

Hi Jud

First, a correction; my name is Bill Funk – vice “Jim” Funk – and you are correct in that we are on  Highland in the Netarts Water District – as are others.  And we (myself and my wife, Sue) have attended “some” of the ONA meetings – as have others on Highland Dr.

And here is our address in the Beaverton area (where we get all our mail):

            19850 SW Gassner Rd.

            Beaverton, OR 97007-9018

Thanks

-Bill Funk
