Fw: survey categorization process 9/18

Hi folks,

    As you may recall ,we have another step in the ZAPR process to attend to.  Richard and I hope to see the subcommittees reconvene over the next 3-4 weeks, that being through mid October.  With the survey committees great final wrap up, we see the task being basically to follow this scheme:

    Related to each subcommittees subject areas, put into categories questions that received:

    1.clear majority support

    2.divided opinion at the extreme ends of the scale

    3.the greatest response in the "don't know" or "not sure" category

    4.bright ideas(comments) that would serve as a basis for future discussions

    5.a relatively equal representation across the scale on topics subcommitteees thought important

 

    The links to the survey results are in the 8/03 email from Deb.  We will have the final 'comment section' done this week of Sept. 17th.  Comments can support and may be helpful  to include as part of any of the categories.  If there are difficulties with a chair, or a subcommittee meeting, planned vacations, Please let us know.  Also, Joanne, we'd be glad to work with you on this process as your committee is rather slim.
