Good Morning everyone,
As promised, (following a technical battle) I finally have the presentation set for the Oceanside Community Survey we reviewed at our May 12, 2007 meeting at the Netarts Fire Hall. The presentation is now viewable on the internet and does not require any special software on your computer for viewing, other than an web browser of course.
I have added an introductory slide for context for the general public, including links to the actual survey results.
The slides can be viewed by going following the link or pasting in your browser address line:
Anyone in the group that already has a free Google account can download a copy of PDF version of the slide set. You do not have to have Microsoft Power Point, and you do not need to be a member of our group to get to the file (so can be shared with anyone). " Oceanside Community Survey.pdf" is now in the "Files" list located on the home page of our Oceanside Planning group at :
I want to thank everyone on the ZAPR committees for their help in getting this out to the community. I'm going to give the survey committee a couple of weeks off, resuming pressing forward on analysis and creating the survey narrative document in early June. This should give subcommittees some time to mull over the initial raw results.
Special thanks to Richard Powers and Jud Randall for slogging through our initial drafts and getting the mailing out (thanks to Elki too), Sally McGee for her fresh perspective, and Mark Flock (and Jud Girdner too) for long hours on the survey entry and compilation of results, Mary Auvil for outstanding editing and Kris Woolpert for making sure our 2007 survey reflected the community and proposed new ideas for meeting the challenges we face today.
If you have any trouble reaching any of this please let me know and I'll help.
Deb
