Hi Folks,

    It's time to regroup into our subcommittees.

    By June 30, if we can focus on these tasks:

 

    Categorize survey questions that received:

    1. A clear majority opinion.(These will become Ordinance Proposals).

    2. Divided opinions at the extreme end of the scale.(These will become subjects for a potential                Conflict Resolution project anad Future Discussion of material).

    3. The greatest majority in the "don't know"  or "not sure" category.(These will become subjects

        for Education and/or Potential Vague Question category).

    4. Text comments that consider Bright Ideas(these will serve as a basis for Future Discussions

        of Bright Ideas material).

    5. A relatively equal representation across the scale on topics subcommittees thought important.

        (These will become subjects for Education/Future Discussion of material).

 

    You will probably need a PDF or copy of the survey to refer to.  If Jud or Deb could make that                 available.

     We also need a copy of the collated text comments  Richard and Kris worked on.

 

    Any other thoughts on the process let us all know.

 

    July 1- Richard and Kris will compile subcommittee informataion and create a report to present

    at the July 7 ONA meeting.
