Folks,
Once the survey results are formatted in a way that we
can all agree upon, then we will begin to meet again as
subcommittees. In email exchanges and general communication we will work
best if we are OPEN and FRIENDLY to receiving the opinions of others. It
is sometimes difficult to reconcile how to present the results because of
people's different approaches to analyzing and viewing the data. The
watchword is patience. Let us listen to each other.
Richard and I have reworked what we think the task is
for our subcommittees and suggest the following scheme:
Put into categories questions that received:
1. Clear majority support.
2. Divided opinions at the extreme end of the
scale.
3. The greatest response in the "don't know" or "not
sure" category.
4. Bright ideas(comments) that would serve as a basis
for future discussions.
5. A relatively equal representation across the scale on
topics subcommittees thought important.
Deb, if you would update the 5/19 email
presentation to include these subcommittee
tasks.
Thanks, Kris & Richard
