Check all that apply-questions are based on # of Checked boxes not # of
Surveys received.

I recalculated % based on # of Surveys received and the %'s based on # of
Surveys received are much higher than %'s based on # of Check boxes.

I also took the "Other" on both Q26 and Q29 and grouped by related topic.
When an "Other" was long or included multiple unrelated topics, I broke it
into pieces, so you may see the same # under multiple topics.
