Kris,

        Looking over Appendix F, I realize that there's a considerable chunk of it that is specific to Netarts or that is descriptive of what's to come, and so I don't think we need to display all of that.  I will look into getting a computer projector. 

        However, whatever is projected must have specific recommendations built into it, with proposed new language set apart and proposed deletions indicated. For example, here's a fragment from the transportation plan showing what I mean about how the committee's proposal should be presented.

    Thinking about displaying the Hwy. 131  13 page document for discussion at the next meeting.  It would seem that the easiest way to visualize the document would be some sort of projected display as opposed/ or in addition  to providing  the 13 page handout.  Do we have the means to do this?  Anyone with the computer skills? Put the call out to all the committees?  Or would we just want to go with handouts?
