Please help me understand the intent of presenting the Hwy. 131 Appendix F and the Commercial Zone Change together.  Is the Commercial Committee recommending that their zoning change recommendations, including the 24 ft. height limitation, be included with the Hwy. 131 Appendix F changes?  Or are they recommending that the Commercial Committee recommendations be considered separately and not with the full product of the ZAPR process?  Are they recommending that only some of the survey results (i.e. those that agree with their recommendations) be used and the others ignored?

I would appreciate you clearing up these questions ahead of the meeting on Saturday.

        If you read the minutes of the June 7 meeting, you'll find at least part of the answer. I don't know the answers to the rest of your questions because they weren't discussed. .
