Just finished building up my Rambler. It's pretty much a parts bin build at this point, but I'm particularly stoked about the Sugino OX601D 46/30 crank.
I'm planning on braving the cold this weekend and getting out for a shake down ride.

Very nic. You have room on the steerer tube. Did you consider a -17° stem higher up to look like a quill stem??

Yep, plenty of room on the steerer at this point, but I'll take care of that once I put some miles on the bike and get the fit dialed in. I'm being cautious about cutting the the steerer too low.
I'm not going to be doing much touring on that weight weenie wheel set. Probably a bad idea to use a front load with a 20h rim. ;)
