How to export cumstom attribute of STEP with OCC

STEP has many custom attributes such as DESCRIPTIVE_REPRESENTATION_ITEM. Can OCC has any function that can get this kind of attribute？I try to read document of XDE or STEP processor but can't find any information about it.
