Hello OCDev folks, I wanted to make you all aware of an event that is
happening next Thursday evening at Cal Poly Pomona. The Inland Empire
CFUG is helping to sponsor a debate between Kevin Hoyt from Adobe and
Sam Stokes from Microsoft on the which is the better RIA technology,
AIR/Flex or Silverlight:

In addition to the debate, a copy of CS4 Web Premium edition will be
raffled off (actually two copies, with the second drawing restricted
to instructors from a high school or community college), and free
pizza will be served.
Although this is a free event, visitors *do* have to pay for parking
at the University -- a visitor pass is $5. I have been in contact with
the Cal Poly parking department, and they are willing to add members
of the CFUG to a list of people that will be exempted from the fee,
and receive a permit free of charge.
If anyone from this group is interested in attending, just respond to
this thread and I will add your name to the list as well. I do need to
submit the exemptions by Monday afternoon, so let me know before then
if you think you might be going.
