I just got an email - probably many people have - from someone called
Cat Buxton asking for help getting people to Montpelier on April 12 for
a hearing on the GMO Transparency bill.

The House Agriculture Committee has announced that they will be
holding a public hearing April 12th from 6:30-8:30 at the State
House for Vermonters to voice their opinions on H.722.

Here are the web sites to explain more:

the article announcing the hearing.

Well written article explaining the politics of the situation.
Contact info - She wants help filling buses - this event is cosponsored
by Rural Vermont, NOFA and VPIRG.
