Please feel free to put me in touch. I probably have her home phone somewhere in notes from a Lawyer's Guild Show (given to me by Jim Lafferty, when I was his Board Operator), but I would have to do some digging, and my files are poorly organized.
I have no idea if the number would be current, or if it would be appropriate to use out of the context in which it was given, as well.

Getting them on record was/is the whole point. But the crew we're working with made a stronger point re: timing. But again we will still read it at the next VNC BOD mtg. So we should rally that.
The conference call was coordinated through Carol Sobel. If you're interested in getting active in that area, drop her a line. We need folks to step up and co-coordinate that kind of stuff.
Completely agree it's important to run folks for the VNC. MC

Losing a vote in the haters' council isn't always a bad thing. It puts them on record. It gives us an issue upon which to voice further dissent and organize around. It gives people in the community a reason to run against the current majority on the board (who really don't represent anyone, save for a fractional plurality, of the microscopic fraction of the Venice Community - which particpates in the post-GRVNC Neighborhood Council process, at all). Their vote against honoring the Jones' settlement would have no binding force on the Federal Court from which it was derived.
The (typically flawed-) presumption of Courts, is that acts of Municipal Governments are reflective of the will of the people that they (allegedly) serve. While a failed vote might bolster that contention, it would still leave in place the fact that the City Ordinance in question, is in substantial violation of the Constitutional rights of those affected.
As to the Conference call - how does one get involved in one of those, and have we appointed people formally, to represent us, or was this merely a de facto affair - like the ordinance in question? Just curious.

Quick update -- Yesterday a number of things happened affecting our proposal to the VNC re: the Jones settlement. In a nutshell, after a conference call among most of the other co-signers of the statement OV was respectfully requested to withdraw our existing proposal and allow some current negotiations among these groups & the city to shake out before leaning on the VNC. In addition, sympathetic folks on the VNC made it clear that the motion would likely fail and that the haters would take that as a justification for more of their evil shenanigans against the homeless. So we had to make a last minute call (before 7:30) and honored the wishes of our co-signers and bumped it to a future VNC meeting. We will be reading the somewhat revised resolution at the next meeting, however. And we should pack the house.
It was also forwarded that individual members of the VNC would likely sign on and could build pressure on other members over the coming weeks if we approach them separately. So given the choice of leaving it on, splitting our alliance, losing the vote, and giving the haters red meat, we consensed to respect our allies. We had about 12 OV peeps among the 25 or so M1GS organizers last eve, which seemed adequate to take temperature for moving forward on the issue.
Steve Clare (VCHC), David Ewing (VCUC), Carol Sobel (NLG - author of the settlement), and Dave Busch were the reps that approached us. This will likely solidify our coalition and build trust on our side, but there's no sense that anyone wants to let the VNC off the hook. We'll just be stronger in numbers/co-signers next time.
