As promised, here is a general outline/overview of the GA process with broad notes. This can serve as a guide for our big "AGEND" to post as well as a guide for facilitators.

Great work Lindsey.
I would suggest inserting Reviewing our Process between Introductions and Annoncement. At that time the Facilitator makes a series of statements similar to what Lindsey did on Thursday.  I captured some of the talking points

Reviewing the Process
Welcome. We will begin with introductions. We intend to make the process as democratic as possible. We want to let everyone be heard while making this process as smooth as possible. We are a non-violent movement. We ask that when you want to say something ask yourself, Is your input going to move the discussion forward? If we´ve heard from you a lot during tonightś assembly we may re-order the stack, as well we might re-order the stack to create gender balance. As well if someone has made the same comment you planned to make but was on stack before you we encourage you to defer to the other person and not spend time repeating by stating, My friend spoke for me earlier or some other similar reference.

Lindsey, do you remember what else you stated here? I am considering creating a flowchart about the proposal format because the temperature checks come sometimes before everyone has spoken during the stack if the same comment is being made during

I like Lisa's additions and i may suggest that we slightly expand "We
are a non-violent movement in our tactics, actions, and our form of
communication with each other during the GAs" or something like
this? It goes along with our "soft" code of conduct we were
developing in the last Fac WG meeting.
