My comments above were to address issues that occurred during the
GA and to discuss those. If we would like to move forward and
discuss those issues than this is the place to do that. Does anyone
have thoughts on the issues i presented?
Do we agree that noone should be called an "idiot" during the GA?
ect...
I don't care to readdress any conversation or arguement here as it
already happened and we're here to move the conversation forward
instead of backward. We can voice our concerns tonight at the Fac
working group and we can a have a group discussion about these
topics. I encourage us never to have a 1 on 1 debate but discuss
heated or emotional concerns with others so we can build links and
come to consensus with others. This is not talking behind the back
but rather avoiding accusatory name calling and confrontation that is
not beneficial to anyone. I have agreed with everyones observations
on the previous thread and have not gotten into a defensive arguement
about it. I am trying to move it forward and because of my pleas for
others to facilitate Kaitlyn, Paul, Wes, Leia, Molly, and others have
made the pledge and stepped up. That to me is progress and i can't say
anyone has worked harder to pull others to the front, step up and me
step back than i have. Thats why i made the Good Book.
See everyone tonight, Gracias. C
