A Reply To Recent Comments

Dear Members,

 

The comments I made in this letter were based on what I have viewed to be ongoing unresolved issues within the group. I am not seasoned in Facilitation, but I never claimed to be. I am seasoned in Management and Administration, and I also have

years of experience in turning struggling programs into WINNING ones.

 

I stand by my letter as being truthful and sincere. It is my understanding that the issues I brought to light are still present, and continuing to keep our movement from

growing the way it could be. My points will eventually win the day, some of them already have. To put it another way, unyielding personalities that do not respect the group, will eventually be surpassed by the group.

 

I had a productive meeting today with a trusted member on my points, and I am more confident than ever that the truly righteous many will win the day over the self-righteous few, it is just a matter of time and numbers. The most important thing is the GROUP. The second most important thing is the NEW COMER, and we need to do much better there, and we will.

PS: With regard to the comment about my emotions, yes I do have them :)
