1) Volunteers are needed to help set up, hang, staff the show and tear down. Please feel free to indicate what you can do and when (Fri, Sat, Sun) via this googlegroup.
2) The art show is printing a round of flyers today and some of us are distributing them in the downtown core. Feel free to printout the attached flyers and toss a few around if anyone can.
2) There's some serious controversy about the 'other art' show with the 99% happening that same day, but there's no formal protest or action being planned by the art crew. It was agreed at a planning mtg downtown that the best idea is to just make our show better and maintain our distance/integrity.
4) Drop off for the show is noon-7pm on Fri, and 10am-2pm on Sat. Art pick up in Sun til noon.
5) A walk thru for people will be on Fri afternoon if anyone needs to scope out the place prior to submission.
6) Artists are responsible for transporting work to and from venue aka we don't have trucks or special transportation options.
