To all Occupy GA's and Occupy Volunteers,

For the last 2-3 months, a small group of Occupiers, under the name "Occupy Politics" has been collaborating on a project that we are calling a Occupy Politics Score Card.   Occupy Politics has designed a scoreable questionnaire to be given to candidates for the national elections in 2012.  The goal of the questionnaire is to determine the intentions of each candidate and to assess how closely they match the issues supported by the occupy movement.  Then to produce a score based on the answers that the candidates provide.  This score card will be widely distributed and could potentially effect the elections.

We would like to get your input on the questions themselves and how to priortize the questions.  There will be a top 10, but probably a total of about 20 questions.  Since the questions are scoreable, we will be able to give candidates overall scores.

We ask that you present the questionnaire at your next GA and get input and consensus.  We would like to finalize the survey on our next national conference call on Sunday April 15th, 5pm PST 8pm EST.  In our process we have consented on creating the score card itself and getting support from the movement to Launch this endeavor, but we have yet to build consensus around the actual Launch itself which will be the main discussion point on our next call after getting input from across the movement.  Hopefully if we do consent on Launch and moving forward with the project, we will have it available for public use within a few weeks.
