Elinor Hart has been a long-term fighter for D.C. Statehood.

Andrea Rosen

We should all bring hard copy of our testimony to Monday’s Senate hearing on the New Columbia Admission Act. The Committee Clerk, Laura Kilbride, prefers to have it sent to her by e-mail which we should do as well. But we need something visual to be presented to Senator Carper during the hearing. Janet Brown is arranging with Alice Rivlin to offer to Senator Carper testimony from DC residents at the time that Alice testifies. Testimony should have your name and address on it, and it should be identified as follows;

                             Testimony on the Implications of the New Columbia Admission Act
                Presented to the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs
                                                             September 15th, 2014

Laura Kilbride’s e-mail address is Laura_k...@hsgac.sen.gov.

                                                                                                    Elinor

Andrea - Wish I could be there Monday. This is truly historic --  even if Congress is on permanent vacation even when in session. I'm 9-month-old Owen's nanny this Monday.

Separately, we should talk about your shift frm Catania to Schwartz signs. Quite a surprise!
