Here's what I can think of off the top of my head.

- Wiki for the website: what's the status of this?
o Policy for wiki use--permissions, content

- List of admins. This is often inquired about at meetings, so someone
should at least be able to produce it to satisfy curiosity and so
problems can be directed to the proper persons. This includes the
Google Calendar, Ustream, etc.

- Corrections to the website--contact info and meeting times

- Regional Occupy newsletter
o We should be hearing from Jeff about this shortly
o The newsletter that was discussed in a meeting at the Cafeteria
in New Paltz--would that be a different project or the same?

- Promoting January Days of Action and Roosevelt event

- Reaching other people who should be involved in the media working
group. Adam hasn't responded to email, for instance.

- Not to beat a dead horse: solid meeting times that work for
everyone. Once a week seems reasonable.

I'm sure I'm forgetting some obvious things as well.

Folks, this newsletter is entirely OPK based and will not contain
information from other groups. I've already done regional stuff like
that and it's hard, time consuming and of great effort I don't have
the time to dedicate right now. However, the intent is to let people
know what we're doing.

Agenda update.

Old stuff:
-Wiki: I have the inclination but not the access. Vonn has the access
but not the time. Haven't heard anything from Matt.
-We're still gathering info on who's admin of what.
-The website's as up-to-date as I can make it.
-Newsletter stuff seems to be under control.
-Promoting Days of Action... could maybe use more work. I put separate
ads on Craigslist for the event and for donations of gear. Turns out
MeetUp requires you to pay for posting meetings/events, so that's out.
Does anyone know whether OHV has already sent out press releases about
Days of Action?

New stuff:
-There's the idea of doing short Youtube spots with selected
Occupiers.
-A press release for the Wednesday rally for Joel Tyner's resolution
has been sent out.
-If we're going to meet on Sunday again, we should figure out a spot
near the action.
-Tom

What do you need to get it done?

Thanks. Can you add this code the front page "bulletin board" of the
website?

<!-- Begin MailChimp Signup Form -->
<link href="http://cdn-images.mailchimp.com/embedcode/slim-081711.css"
rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
<style type="text/css">
#mc_embed_signup{background:#fff; clear:left; font:14px
Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; }
/* Add your own MailChimp form style overrides in your site
stylesheet or in this style block.
We recommend moving this block and the preceding CSS link to the
HEAD of your HTML file. */
</style>
<div id="mc_embed_signup">
<form
action="http://occupypoughkeepsie.us4.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=2586ae8fac8479cebc578aa21&amp;id=8d47b50183"
method="post" id="mc-embedded-subscribe-form"
name="mc-embedded-subscribe-form" class="validate" target="_blank">
<label for="mce-EMAIL">Subscribe to our mailing list</label>
<input type="email" value="" name="EMAIL" class="email" id="mce-EMAIL"
placeholder="email address" required>
<div class="clear"><input type="submit" value="Subscribe"
name="subscribe" id="mc-embedded-subscribe" class="button"></div>
</form>
</div>

<!--End mc_embed_signup-->

<script type="text/javascript" language="JavaScript"
src="http://occupypoughkeepsie.us4.list-manage.com/subscriber-count?b=18&u=5f3ed712-dc27-49de-8092-d1aa93248f8a&id=8d47b50183"></script>

That should be a sign-up button and subscriber count for our email
mailing list.

I'll have a draft for you mid-morning tomorrow that should go out
tomorrow evening.

I spoke to Nick Streva today on the trip to Albany and he has agreed to
do the video for us. We can talk more about format but 60 seconds is
long enough.

There's a regional working group GA and a regional GA on Sunday right
after. I'm sure we can handle whatever it is we need on the spot. We are
rather organized, ya know?
