We are hosting two Coal Export Information Events in the near future. They are the Eastside Coal Hard Truth Forum on September 24th and the Westside Coal Hard Truth Forum on October 2nd. Our coalition, Power Past Coal, brings the anti-coal export message to communities throughout the Pacific Northwest. From Bellingham to Eugene, we've hosted over twenty Coal Hard Truth Forums. Power Past Coal is a coalition of over 50 organizations including Columbia Riverkeeper, Friends of the Columbia Gorge, Greenpeace, Climate Solutions, the Sierra Club and others throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
If you would like to have free table space at one or both of our Forums, please let me know. Because of our rental agreements, tablers are not permitted to sell items at the events.
We also request that you include an announcement of the two Forums in your Newsletter and post on your Listserv. Descriptions of the two Forums follow.
Thank you,
Bonnie McKinlay
