Occupy Portland is hosting a community Open House to celebrate the anniversary of Occupy Wall Street. We are inviting working groups and community partners to not only come celebrate with us but also to provide an opportunity to share with the greater community what amazing things you are working on.
Our previous Open House, in January of this past year had over 600 community members in attendance.
We hope that you can join us for an evening of festivities, on Friday, September 14th from 5pm-10pm. From 5pm-7pm, we will be enjoying light refreshments & games in the St. Francis Park and then from 7pm-10pm, we will move into the dining hall for networking and to enjoy a theater of the oppressed performance from The TREE Institute.
Please contact opdxe...@gmail.com to let us know if you are interested in hosting an information table or if you have any questions. We encourage all community groups and organizations to join in the tabling.
