Members of the Stop the San Mateo Jail Coalition will outline the negative impact a new jail will have on our community and will discuss how the new jail is environmentally and socially unjust and the impact it will have on immigrant, low-income and communities of color. Speakers will include members of Californians United for a Responsible Budget, Critical Resistance, All of Us or None and the Immigrant Rights Coalition. Come learn what's happening in your community, with your tax dollars, and what you can do about it!
