We are planning a demonstration outside the Urban League Wells Fargo Modification event tomorrow afternoon in West Palm Beach on Australian Ave.   Occupy Ft Lauderdale is collaborating on this action.

Foreclosure prevention workshop set for West Palm

You’re not completely out of luck if you missed Wells Fargo’s two-day home preservation workshop last week in Fort Lauderdale.

A similar event featuring Wells Fargo and other major lenders will be held Thursday (Dec. 15) in West Palm Beach.

The Urban League of Palm Beach County is sponsoring the one-day workshop from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Gaines Park, 1501 N. Australian Ave. Admission is free, and you don’t have to be a resident of Palm Beach County to attend.

Besides Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase and PNC are scheduled to have representatives on site to discuss mortgage modifications, short sales and other alternatives to foreclosure.

Plan to bring a photo ID, mortgage statement, most recent pay stubs, two years of tax returns, a copy of your utility bill, two months of bank statements and social security cards for everyone in the household.

on a 5-year old personal loan based on falsely claiming that the

Bien-Aimé’s had a foreclosure against them.  Although willing and

able to make the personal loan payments the Bien-Aimé’s, because of

Wells Fargo’s refusal to take them, are now being foreclosed by guess who…
