WE NEED TO GET THE AGENDA OUT TO THE PEOPLE!!!

On November 12th, decisions were made at a general assemble to
advertise Saturday’s as THREE SEPARATE EVENTS. This was 11 days ago!!!
We need to get the word out there in order to have a successful
turnout. We need to get this stuck in peoples minds & build up each of
the 3 events on their own merits!!! As each day goes by we are missing
out on multiple potential joiners.

PLEASE PLACE THIS ON ALL MEDIA!!!!

10am – 12noon: SOAPBOX @ Flagler & Clematis ~ Open mic time for all to
have their say!!

12noon: RALLY/MARCH @ Flagler & Clematis ~ For scheduled speakers, to
get pumped up & march!!

2pm: GENERAL ASSEMBLE @ Flagler & Banyon ~ For making group
decisions!!
(If you have a proposal, topic, issue or idea, bring it to a committee/
work group, not at the G.A.) To join a committee/
work group or present a proposal, topic, issue or idea, go to
palmbeachcounty.org & click on groups.

Another decision was made on November 19th to have proposals for the
G.A. made ONLY to committees/work groups, not to the G. A. except when
inappropriate. Please be sure to add this line & direct people where
to find committees/work groups.

Why make these decisions & not follow them through????
