The contact list?? Where is it?? Should it be kept secret???

I personally sought people & asked them to sign our contact list. I
have never seen that list again. Have you??? I offered them all an
opportunity to be on a committee. I would like to live up to what I
promised. I would be happy to contact them all myself & try to get
them back!!! We have lost many people who signed the "list". We are
shrinking not growing. I believe that list belongs to all of us, not
just a few. What do you think????
