This packet is very helpful, Tim. For those that did not see the news yesterday, we were at the top (1st or 2nd) of every newscast...a great success in using the media to build our movement.
I'm home and handling many press calls. One of the things I need to know is if anyone's collecting info on actions elsewhere tomorrow (come up in a few interviews) in solidarity with us. Also, I usually check in with press regularly at the Plaza, but can't be there today. Is someone available there now? Particularly Jody Hernandez, NBC, who has given us some good coverage--someone tried to punch her
yesterday, so please apologize for the the few crazies we have around.
OPOA put out a piece today attacking Quan for letting OO back in the plaza--I'm trying my best to
redirect the conversation away from City politics to our talking points, and hope you can as well.
Is there a media mtg today to prepare for tomorrow? I suggest a joint OO and Strike Media group mtg to handle logistics and communications w. all the media that will be here.
