The Organizer’s primary focus at first will be in Santa Monica, where we have robust campaigns and a strong history of direct support of hotel workers. The Santa Monica work will also deal with confronting white supremacist Trumpists who are making incursions into Santa Monica.
The Communications Specialist’s primary focus will be on mass emails and social media, with a commitment to establishing action steps for our economic justice campaigns.
Both positions come with a strong foundation established by their predecessors; the work is at an exciting point, and we are looking for people who are really dedicated to creating justice, with a deep commitment to dismantling classism, institutional racism and sexism.
