Today, Bank of America refused the last loan modification we submitted during these recent negotiations.
They stated that they will NO LONGER negotiate.
The Sheriffs can evict us as of TODAY.

Please, call Bank of America as a supporter of #FortHernandez and ask them to act in good faith: modify the Hernandez family loan! In a letter received today, Bank of America faulted us for not submitting forms they never provided in the paperwork. This is absolutely unfair, but a common practice against the foreclosed.
