1st off my suggestion is to get a POA (Plan of Action),
I feel the best way to do this is to have each of us make a suggestion
and then straw poll to dictate what is the most important topic..
so before anything else.. do you agree with this?
if yes, make a suggestion we focus on next...
if anyone does not we will adress that before anything else :)
