This past Saturday night, unannounced plain-clothes police officers repeatedly shot and killed 16-year-old Kimani Gray when he was hanging out with a group of friends in his neighborhood in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. In the same neighborhood where last year Shantel Davis was shot and killed, resistance to such racist attacks by the NYPD is on the rise.
