Liaison

I nominate David Morningstar Wilde to be our "Liaison" with Occupy
Vancouver.

Duties:
- Keeping us abreast of anything we need to know about OV that is
relevant to us directly (outside any big obvious stuff, more the
touchy feely stuff)
- Keeping in touch with OV, informing them of things THEY should know
about that we are doing
- Maintaining a positive, friendly relationship focusing on working
together
- Dealing with any controversy if it arises between OEC and OV, and
enabling us to work through it with a minimum of hurt feelings and
misunderstanding.
- Promoting the fact that we are not a seperation or remake of OV,
merely another angle tackling the same problem.
