I am also very mindful that no organizing work that is worthwhile is
done alone. I have presented my vision, I have asked you to join, you
have joined, and now I need to step back, invite you to project your
hopes, and open the question, "What is the way forward for a group
intent on welcoming the entire diversity and power of the 99% into
action?"
The first step might be for us to meet and begin to know each other.
Just talk about what we care about. And collect and merge our
imaginings about the way forward.
There probably are many strategies. One of the big ones in my mind is
just to connect with people who hold our principles, but circulate in
different groups, and bring them into the process of building this
movement. Another is to get on the radio and into newspapers to
expound on our purposes. The logistics will be important topics for
us.
These are my opening thoughts. Please, write back, give your thoughts,
and let's see where this can go !

The things you are talking about are all good. To maximize our
effectiveness, I would like to gather - or at least have a conversation
via email - and get to know each other, and make plans. Unless you have
a sensitive topic you are addressing with a particular person, use the
google group address, because what you have said here said to everyone
helps create buzz.
We are absolutely not alone, and we need to coordinate with, for
example, the worker's center. As members of a working group, we are all
liasons to other groups.

Is the wiki address where you can write about the things you care about
and what you want to do.
I think transition town is an important ally. The act of connecting is
the starting point for all success. You can tell them about our working
group, and ask if they are interested in helping to develop a vision
statement for the 99%.
