In the spirit of open and enhanced communication, on behalf of the Facilitators Working Group, I direct your attention to this Facilitators WG Wiki page, which contains the text of a proposal, passed by the GA, on 10/21/11:

Please note the new GA schedule, the info about weekly public WG meetings, and the promise of non GA discussions, workshops and trainings, etc.
Please spread the news to all other WGs - I only belong to you and Facilitators.
I was hesitant to post the consented to Proposal on the existing Wiki proposal page, simply because it seems so out of date. Ideas and comments are welcome.
