Inter Occupy -& OWS Road Trip

Below is an email sent out to Inter Occupy google group--they hold
weekly meetings with Occupies from around the world -- I listened in
on one tonight. They also have phone conversations for specific
committees such as media, action...and the call below might be an
interesting action. In general, it would be great to have some people
able to commit to these conversation--it is however, a long distance
call or paid skype call and you need to set up a trial account with
Maestro (which is a free 30 day trial, so we can have one person
commit for 30 days and then pass it off). It isn't as complicated as
it sounds....
In any event, everyone is always welcome to participate in the
discussions. I believe the next General Call Out is January 2nd at
10pm.

OWS Road Trip

FOR WHO: Various reps from occupation working groups (facilitation,
outreach, direct action, caucuses, media/pr, etc) from the following
occupations: Boston, Albany, Poughkeepsie, Montreal, Rochester,
Buffalo, Toronto, Ithaca, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh.

PURPOSE: OWS Direct Action is launching a month long road trip to
certain areas within and around New York State. We would like to
discuss this trip with other occupations to see what that could look
like as a movement building opportunity.
