From what I can see at http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h112-1540 Obama has not yet signed the NDAA 2012 bill, so it is crucial that we CALL THE WHITE HOUSE @ 202/456-1111AND DEMAND THAT HE VETO. I would let him know that he will likely not be reelected if he does as there are many of us who strongly oppose this horrific bill.

As a point of information, Obama is the one who demanded that U.S. citizens be included in the indefinite detention language. In fact, I just found this link: http://www.examiner.com/human-rights-in-national/obama-could-sign-ndaa-martial-law-wed-impeach-supporters-say-rights-defenders in case anyone has any remaining doubt. Watch the video that is included in this story: "President Obama is in support of removing human rights from Americans" which shows footage of Levin stating this in the Senate.
