The year ahead is one I've been working for a long time. I'm excited,
but I want to not get ahead of myself.

The Pabal pilot must focus on the essential piece of the strategy,
which is SunMoney, and take the simplest approach possible in able to
prove the prototype. We're doing this by using pedal-power
generators. This approach can work anywhere that has insufficient
access to grid energy, but is also the way to reach the poorest
communities to put money, light, etc, in the hands of those whom need
them most. This is why we begin here.

This simplest configuration is scalable as soon as proven, especially
because it can flex to meet the needs of different communities -
tweaking the SunMoney denominations, appearance, circulation, etc;
more or fewer generators, grouped together or not, portable or not,
augmented with different technologies if appropriate, etc.

"Etc" is an exciting mystery for me. I want to try everything now!
But the right approach is producing a reliable, affordable prototype,
and then using that to discover the possibilities.
